We try and respond to all phone calls within one business day or less.

For vital records, the normal processing, or turn around time, is as follows:
Certified Birth, Marriage and Death Records are sent first class mail within 10 - 14 business days from date ordered. Expedited orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail service within 5 - 7 business days from date ordered.
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or any federal or state holidays. See Massachusetts State Holiday list.
Transcribed Birth, Marriage and Death Records are sent via email within 14 - 21 business days from date ordered.
There is no expedited service available for transcribed records.
For court records, including probate and divorce records, the normal processing, or turn around time, is as follows:
DIVORCE RECORDS are sent via first class mail to you within 10 - 14 business days from the date ordered. Expedited orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail service within 5 - 7 business days from date ordered.

PROBATE RECORDS are generally sent via first class mail to you within 14 business days *** from date ordered.
***Some counties can take longer, most take much less, but this is especially true with older records now "archived" in off site facilities. Processing time can be delayed by weeks for archived orders.
